Alex Jones recently interviewed Tucker Carlson on Info Wars, and the founder of the Tucker Carlson Network had some interesting facts to share about Jack Ruby’s death.

Jack Ruby, born Jacob Rubenstein, was a nightclub owner who murdered Lee Harvey Oswald just two days after Oswald was accused of assassinating President John F. Kennedy.

Tucker told Jones, “It kind of makes you wonder how Jack Ruby died of galloping cancer just a week before his second trial.”

Jones added: “They have used cancer as a weapon that will kill you in two weeks.”

Tucker continued the CIA psychiatrist, “Joylon West visits him, and before you know it, ‘oh, I have terminal cancer. I’ll be dead in a week. ”

In a report released by the C.I.A Titled ‘Report of Examination Psychiatric Examination of Jack Ruby’, it was revealed that West used ‘hypnosis and intravenous sodium pentothal’ techniques on Ruby.

Before West became Ruby’s prison psychiatrist, he was known for his participation in MkUltra, a CIA program that used LSD to brainwash and psychologically torture people.

West was also infamous for killing an elephant with LSD in 1962, which makes it even more bizarre that just a year later in 1963, the CIA tagged him to care for Ruby in prison.

Journalist Emma North Best delved deeper through the CIA documents on Ruby:

Ruby had an isolated cell built for him to live in while he awaited his fate and considered the possibility of being executed. The proposal stated that “there is reason to believe that environmental manipulations can influence the propensity for dissociative phenomena. Isolation in particular can significantly alter the individual’s response to suggestion in the form of verbal communication. It is proposed that new experiments be initiated using special environmental manipulations, including sensory isolation.

West’s proposal specifies that these could cause distinct personality changes, which Ruby seemed to have undergone when West examined him. The report claims that Ruby was psychotic and delusional at the time.

In his report, West said that “hypnosis and intravenous sodium pentothal were among the possible techniques” that could be used on Ruby. In his proposal to the CIA to continue his MKULTRA work with them, he suggested that “the combined use of hypnotic techniques and autonomic drugs be practiced.” Sodium pentothal, as a barbiturate, is one such standalone drug that is often used in various MKULTRA experiments and other interrogation or hypnosis-related programs. In total, West requested an additional $35,995.00 for the following year’s work, not including the other ten years of research he proposed. This included $5,000.00 for “polygraphic, electroencephalographic, electromyographic, and special stimulation equipment.”

The Agency’s response to West’s proposal was apparently destroyed, along with all other MKULTRA documents. However, he continued to appear in CIA files until 1991. According to one document, West was indirectly involved with the STARGATE program, which had a surprising number of similarities to MKULTRA and its sister programs. Although this particular project was conducted by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the CIA’s counterpart in the Department of Defense, it was considered CIA proprietary.
