Sean “Diddy” Combs has labeled his dramatic arrest as New York Monday evening as an “unjust prosecution” of an “innocent man who has nothing to hide.”

The music mogul was taken into custody following a grand jury indictment. RadarOnline.com has confirmed, although specific allegations were not immediately clear.

“We are disappointed with the decision to proceed with what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Marc AgnifiloCombs’ attorney said after his client was arrested.

Agnifilo added: “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man and proven philanthropist who has built an empire over the past 30 years, adores his children and works to uplift the Black community.

“He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal. To his credit, Mr. Combs has only cooperated with this investigation and voluntarily moved to New York last week to await these charges.

“Please reserve judgment until you have all the facts.

“These are the actions of an innocent man who has nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
