Malaysia Airlines to host the first Global Trade Elevation Summit 2024, BA

Malaysia Airlines successfully organized the largest airline trade event in Malaysia’s history, the first Malaysia Airlines Trade Elevation Summit 2024. In collaboration with Tourism Malaysia (TM) and the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), the summit attracted 300 delegates, including more than 200 international participants from 48 cities in 21 countries.

The summit brought together key decision makers from major trading companies around the world, promoting global cooperation and defining future initiatives. This strengthened ties that are crucial in advancing Malaysia’s position in the global tourism landscape.

The event marked a major milestone in advancing the objectives of Visit Malaysia Year 2026 (VMY2026), positioning Kuala Lumpur (KUL) as a gateway to Asia and beyond and establishing Malaysia as a leading ASEAN tourism and aviation hub.
