The Dolphins have been forced to reshuffle the sides after Kodi Nikorima was ruled out of Saturday’s game against the Raiders at five-eighth due to a minor calf injury.
Anthony Milford is promoted from the bench to partner Isaiya Katoa, the 29-year-old starting his first game of the season as the off-contract gun fights for his career

“Kodi has been having calf problems for a few weeks, it’s not getting much better, so we left him out and put Anthony Milford in,” Dolphins coach Wayne Bennett said.
“Anthony deserves a chance, he has trained great.
“He had a hamstring injury and then a suspension and has been back playing in the State League for the last three or four weeks.
“All the feedback about him has been good, so I’m happy for Anthony and it’s an opportunity now.”
Meanwhile, the Panthers get a reprieve in the half with their five-eighth Jack Cole cleared to play this week after an early exit in the Round 12 win over the Sharks, and the Bulldogs all but making a late move.
