Buggs’ agent, Trey Robinsonreleased a statement to NFL Network on Wednesday.

“Isaiah vehemently denies the truth of the charges and allegations leveled against him today,” Robinson wrote. “Mr. Buggs does not condone the abuse of any animal under any circumstances. The dogs in question were not his and he did not know they were on the property in question.”
