IndiGo, India’s leading low-cost carrier, has announced the resumption of operations from Terminal 1 at Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi, from September 2, 2024. The airline says it has taken proactive steps to ensure that passengers are properly informed about the transition.

Domestic flights with numbers ranging from 2000-2999 will continue to operate from Terminal 2, while numbers 5000-5999 will operate from Terminal 3. All other flights will resume from Terminal 1. IndiGo will operate 35 departures daily from Terminal 1.

In addition to the resumption of operations at Terminal 1, IndiGo has also announced the launch of a new daily direct flight connecting Bengaluru to Jeddah, commencing on September 30, 2024. This new route will cater to the increasing demand for travel between India and Saudi Arabia. Arabia. facilitating both business and leisure travel.
