Zug-based asset manager Schlossberg Technologies has launched a multi-strategy quant fund, it announced on Monday.
The fund, called Enigma, is managed by Magrino Bini, who joined last year. He previously managed $500 million (CHF 452.6 million) in the London branch of US asset manager Millennium Management.
The Enigma fund aims to deliver returns that are uncorrelated with broader markets, with a diversified set of proprietary quantitative models running in parallel. The company said it has invested heavily in its trading infrastructure, giving it access to advanced trading strategies that were previously unavailable.
