Donald Trump went after it Whoopi Goldberg in the early morning hours as he prepared for another day in court for his hush money trial.
The ex-president went to work on Monday social media platform Truth Social around 1am. He posted a heavily altered photo of The view co-host with the text “I’m moving to Canada.”

Trump captioned the post: “Canada doesn’t want you Whoopi, NO ONE DOES!!!”
Goldberg is not a fan of Trump. She made that clear The view over the years. It all started after Trump’s appearance on The View in 2011, where she questioned him about the “birther” coinspirational theory he put forward about Barack Obama.

During the interview, Trump asked, “Why doesn’t he show his birth certificate?” Goldberg fired back, “Why would he have to do that?” Trump added: “I want him to show his birth certificate. I want him to show his birth certificate. There’s something on that birth certificate that he doesn’t like.”
Barbara Walters intervened to scold her friend Trump and tell him, “That’s a terrible thing to say.”

Goldberg told the businessman that the “birther” conspiracy theory was the “biggest pile of dog shit.”
She asked, “Did a white president ask for the birth certificate?”
She added: “If they become president of the United States of America, you know he’s an American. I’m sorry, that’s BS.’

As Trump’s hush money trial played out, Goldberg took several shots at Trump and his actions The view. Earlier this month, she suggested he be locked up in Guantanamo Bay during a discussion about his criminal case.
Goldberg asked her co-hosts which facility they would like to see Trump serve in if he is convicted. Co-host Sunny Hostin said, “I think to prove a point you have to get him in trouble.” Hostin said Rikers Island is where Trump should be sent, while Goldberg believed San Francisco’s Alcatraz facility would be reopened.

“That’s Rikers number one. But I’m okay with him going to Alcatraz and them reopening it. You know, what about Guantánamo Bay?” Goudberg said.
