Chris Pratt stunt double turned 47

Tony McFarr, Chris Pratt’s stunt double in “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” and two of the “Jurassic World” films, died on Monday. He was 47.

McFarr’s mother told TMZ that he died at his home outside Orlando, Florida. No cause of death has been given.

The stuntman has appeared in dozens of films and shows dating back to the 2010s. He first played a double role for Pratt in the 2015 film ‘Jurassic World’ and followed that up with ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” and 2018’s “Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.”

McFarr’s other stunt credits include a string of blockbusters and Marvel films such as ‘Captain America: Civil War’, ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp’, ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2’, ‘Dawn of the Planet of the Apes’ ” and more.
