Air India has launched Air India Gift Cards, offering travelers a new way to gift travel experiences. These e-cards are available online in denominations ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 200,000.

Air India gift cards can be used to book both domestic and international flights. Moreover, they can be used to purchase additional services such as extra baggage and seat selection on Air India’s website and mobile app. This offer allows recipients to choose their travel destination, dates and class of travel, providing a tailor-made travel experience.

The gift cards are available for purchase on giftcards.airindia.com in four themes: Travel, Wedding Anniversary, Birthday and Special Moments. These themes can be customized to suit the occasion.

The cards are transferable, meaning recipients can use them to book flights for others if they wish. Customers can combine up to three gift cards in one transaction and can also use them in conjunction with a credit card to cover the remaining balance. The gift vouchers can be used for a single trip or spread over multiple bookings, which increases flexibility.

The introduction of these gift cards is in line with Air India’s strategy to offer more customer-centric services and expand its digital offerings, the airline said. This move is expected to appeal to a broad audience, including people who want to gift travel experiences for special occasions and those who prefer to save for future trips. With the launch of Air India Gift Cards, the airline continues to innovate and offer new solutions to meet the evolving needs of its customers, making travel gifting more accessible and flexible.
